The short version

Try it free for 14 days. Cancel inside the trial and you pay $0 — guaranteed. After the trial it's $97/month, and you can cancel anytime in one click from your account. No contracts, no cancellation calls, no fine print.

In detail

• Trial ($0): the 14-day trial is free and requires canceling before it ends to avoid the first charge. If you cancel inside the trial, you are never billed. If you believe you were billed in error after canceling inside the trial, we refund the charge in full, no questions asked.
• Monthly plan: each $97 charge covers the month ahead. Cancel anytime; cancellation is effective immediately for future billing and your service runs to the end of the period you already paid. The paid period itself is non-refundable once texting has gone live, because the delivery cost (carrier setup, texting infrastructure, done-for-you configuration) is incurred on your behalf during that month.
• Texting not yet live: if you cancel after the trial but before your number's carrier registration has been approved and texting is live, we refund the most recent charge in full — you shouldn't pay for a service that hasn't started.
• Billed after cancellation: any charge processed after you canceled is refunded in full.
• How to get a refund: email [email protected] (or cancel in one click in your account — if a refund is due, we process it to your original payment method within 5 business days and confirm by email).

Carrier delays

US texting requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC). If registration is rejected by the carriers and cannot be resolved, we refund the most recent charge and help you export anything we set up. Registration approval timing is controlled by the carriers, and we'll always tell you honestly where your filing stands.
